For the folders to show up, you might have to go into the waze settings and change/download another voice. i was using the default voice and the eng_nathan folder didn't show up until i changed it to nathan in the waze settings.. To utilize crews' vocal talents, users will need to first update their waze app before going to settings, sound, and then selecting "english us – terry crews" as their desired language..
